Delivered in partnership with The Owl Therapy Centre and coordinated by the RFS Career Academy, the programme runs over six weeks, with one 60-minute session each week. It includes:
Psychoeducational content – understanding how the mind works, just like physical education teaches about the body
Skill-building exercises – covering anxiety, relationships, communication, and deployment
Group discussions – with space to share experiences and ask questions
Therapist feedback – to support your personal growth and wellbeing
