What's one skill you'd like to develop further in the next year?

Every day I strive to learn and develop myself further – that’s why I love being an Executive Assistant as no two days are ever the same.

How has working with veterans and their families impacted your perspective?

Spouses have so many transferable skills and competencies valued by so many employers – sometimes they just need to realise and believe this.

If you could swap jobs with anyone in the company for a day, who would it be and why?

I’d like to be a recruiter for a day so I can support a spouse into a new role and to share the delight when she secures employment, particularly if she’s been out of work for a while.

How does your work support your personal values or passions?

RFS provides flexible, remote employment opportunities for military spouses as we recognise the talent in this workforce but more importantly, we understand the impact military life can have on spousal employment.
