If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be?
Can I say Elvis? I’ve been a fan since the age of nine (he was my first love) and recently visited his home in Graceland. Dinner with him would be a childhood dream come true.
What's one skill you'd like to develop further in the next year?
Pushing creative thinking further. I’m always looking for new ways to do things in a fun and unexpected way, especially when time and resources are limited – strategic creativity is the ultimate challenge, and one I love.
How has working with veterans and their families impacted your perspective?
As a military spouse myself, spending more and more time within this community continues to teach me that every person within it is an individual – with their own ambitions, goals, skills and passions. I have an enormous amount of respect for what veterans, spouses, and partners contribute to the military community, but I also have huge admiration for what they offer as individuals.
If you could swap jobs with anyone in the company for a day, who would it be and why?
I have a keen interest in coaching and so would love to spend a day immersing myself in the world of RFS Coaching and Mentoring. I think this is an area that holds so much value for people and can have a truly deep and meaningful impact.
How does your work support your personal values or passions?
I’m passionate about storytelling and creativity, as well as doing purposeful work that helps others. My role within marketing at RFS taps into each of those areas daily and for that reason makes this job a real dream.
