We’re excited to announce the return of our heavily anticipated Virgin Red mentorship programme, starting this October. This will be the 3rd year we have had the pleasure of running this highly successful and in demand programme. This is a volunteer led initiative that supports applicants in developing skills to grow and advance their careers and work on career development.
This Mentorship programme is completely free and is open to the entire Armed Forces community, including spouses and partners, veterans, serving personnel, service leavers and military children aged 18+|
Please be aware, you will need to be able to commit to thefull 6 month programme starting in October 2023, where you will be paired with a Virgin mentor to focus on your career goals, aspirations and professional development. Virgin employees are volunteers, so it is very important that scheduled sessions are committed to, ensuring you get the full benefits of this programme.
Due to high demand not all applicants will be successful, as spaces are limited.
