Cielo had started working with a luxury car manufacturer – who needed help with a backlog of candidates on hold during the onboarding process.

The Solution
We filled all roles in one week through our innovative Liquid Workforce Model. Originally these roles were for 4–8 week contracts – however due to the incredible work from our military spouse talent, Cielo has taken on all four candidates permanently after they completed their short-term contracts through the Liquid Workforce.
Cielo was so pleased with the service received by RFS that we have since been tasked with filling Help Desk Assistant roles, which we have successfully done.
