After 16 seasons with Leicester Tigers, winning eight Premiership titles, Geordan transitioned to coaching in 2013. He scored 93 tries, earned 691 points for Leicester, and gained 72 caps for Ireland, plus appearances with the British & Irish Lions.

Geordan played in four Heineken Cup Finals, winning in 2001 and 2002, and holds records as Leicester’s top appearance-maker and tryscorer in the European Cup.
